JOBS RULES
- Before starting the page write <START>
- At the End of page write <END>
- Given FILE NAME will be regarded as TITLE, which
will be written within <TITLE></TITLE>. Eg. <TITLE>IM
BOOK 11_003.DOC</TITLE>. TITLE tag will be just after
START tag.
- In the beginning of Paragraph or Paragraphs, write
<BODY> and at the end of Paragraph or Last Paragraph
write </BODY>
- There may be Heading in any file. Heading is of
two types, one is Heading 1 and another is Heading 2
(Both are optional). Before staring Heading, write
<HEADING> and at the end of Heading write </HEADING>
- Before staring the content of Heading 1, write
<H1> and at the end of Heading 1, write </H1>. Eg.
<H1>Heading1's CONTENT </H1>
- After Heading 1, there must be one compulsory
blank line. For Blank Line, give <BL>
- Before starting Heading 2 write <H2> and at the
end of Heading 2 write </H2> Eg. <H2>HEADING 2's
CONTENT </H2>
- For any alignment of Heading1, Heading 2 and Body
Text, use <LA> (for Left Alignment), <RA> (for Right
Alignment), <JA> (for Justified Alignment) and <CA>
(for Center Alignment) respectively. And at the End of
Heading1, Heading 2 and Body Text write </LA>, </RA>,
</JA> or </CA>.
- In Heading 1 and Heading 2 case, use this
Alignment tag after <H1> and before </H1> and also
after <H2> and before </H2> Eg. <H1><L1>Heading 1's
CONTENT</L2> </H1> (for Left Alignment of Heading 1's
content). <H2><L2>HEADING 2's CONTENT</L2></H2> (for
Left Alignment of Heading 2's content).
- Each paragraph of the file should be started with
<P> and ended with </P> . For any alignment of the
Paragraph, use the same Alignment Tag as mentioned
above. For Left alignment of Paragraph write <LA>
after <P> and write </LA> before <P>. Paragraph
content will be in between <P><LA> and </LA><P>(In
between two TAGs there will be no gap.)
- After ? (Question Mark), there will be two Spaces.
- After ! (Exclamation Mark), there will be two
Spaces.
- After . (Full Stop), there will be Two Space.
- All Tags will be of Capital Letter.
- Don't give more than one space between Two words.
Double Spaces are required only in (?) (!) and (.)
case.
- Don't give any line gapping (i.e one ENTER)
between Two Paragraphs.
- For Bold character, write <B>...</B> Eg. <B>Bold
Character Content</B>
- For Italic character write <I>...</I> Eg.
<I>Italic Character Content</I>
- For Underline character write <U>...</U> Eg.
<U>Underline Character Content</U>
- Both the contents of Heading 1 and Heading 2 will
be of CAPITAL LETTER.
- Don't give any space in between Tag <> and Word
Contains.
Exceptional Case:-
If either Single or Double Inverted Comma is followed
by (?), (!) or (.), then only one space should be given
after Inverted Comma. In that case there will be no
gapping in between (?) (!)(.) and Inverted Comma.
