Form processing  through  email   and  Internet

 

Forms  are in simple  word   format , which  is  easy  to  understand   and  fill  it  up.

 

Any  individual / company will  have   to  send  the  pre-designed  form   to  the users  through  email only.

 

A  covering letter  would   need  to be  included with  the  form requesting them   to fill  the  form  and  send  it   back  to  the  sender.

 

Company have  issued  the instructions   not  to  force  anyone  to   fill  that  one although as  a  part of   strategy  ;  senders  are  free   to  do  follow  ups  2-3   times  maximum.

 

Once  forms  are   filled  and  comes  back  to sender.

 

Vendor will  have  to   extract  the  data like name /  address/  email/ etc. from that   from that form  and  put  it into report   generation excel sheet  given from our  end.

 

One  has  to complete   a    batch of  300  forms  per   week  and  send  it  to us  as in  report generation sheet.

 

This  work  is   available initially  for 8 weeks .

 

However  the volume of  the work   will  be  increased based  on the performance shown  by the   vendors.

 

How  to Execute  the assignment

 

Vendors  will  have   to  create  a separate   Email  address   to  perform  this  task

 

The response  rates rate  are around   20-25 % of  the sent  emails.

 

So  the  vendors   will  have  to send  around 1200-1600  email per week   to complete  a  batch  so  that   the  desired  target  would  be   fulfilled.

 

Data  has  to   put  in report  generation sheet  on daily basis  and   it  be  sent  back to us  on daily   /  weekly  basis.

 

Quix will  provide all the email address  where   the  forms  has  to be  sent  out however  vendors  are  advised to use   their email address  also  to  perform the same  task.

 

Rates / pricing / deduction / extra payment

 

Vendors  would  be   paid  initially  8/- ( Eight Rupees) per form  they  process   and  send  to us .  These  rates  would  be  increased further  after   1^st line  of  assessment after  2 billing  cycles .

 

10/- (  Ten  rupees) per   form  would  be  deducted  from the   final billing if  vendors  fail  to  meet   the target  of 300 forms  per week.

 

In case  of every  processed after a desired   batch of 300 forms  per  week. Vendors will  be   paid 8.5/- ( Eight  rupees fifty paisa ). And  the same  will  be  paid  to  them  at the   time of  billing .

 

Monthly Billing

 

As per the standard business model; there  is  a   monthly  billing comes in range of 10000-12000 INR per month.

 

Quality terms   (if  any)

 

There is  no quality  norms   as  such in place  for  these  kind   of work ,  how ever vendors  are  instructed  to   check  the  duplicate entries  before  sending the report   sheet  back  to us.

 

This will enable  us  to check  the entries  faster  and  make  the   billing easier  also.
